Job Summary
Manage complex administrative and litigation support activities for the Hearing Office Division, including archiving, retrieval, database inputs, and report generation for both classified and unclassified case files. Prepare 35 to 150 case files monthly, entering information into the DOHA Hearing Office Case Tracking System and DISS, while issuing notices, scheduling hearings, and managing courtroom reservations. Produce error-free electronic decisions compliant with Section 508, handle sensitive PII in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Privacy Acts, and respond to inquiries regarding case status. Work independently to resolve requests related to personnel security administrative litigation processes and ensure all work products meet strict security and privacy standards.
Required Qualifications
- Top Secret personnel security clearance
- Bachelor's Degree
- Two years of relevant administrative/litigation experience
- Associate's Degree and four years of relevant experience
- High School Diploma and six years of relevant experience
- Ability to safeguard and handle PII and other highly sensitive information
- Must be able to pass company and Agency security and background check process
- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written communication
- Ability to consistently produce error-free work
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems with minimal guidance
- Ability to utilize DoD Directive 5220.6, Defense Industrial Personnel Security Clearance Review Program
- Ability to interpret and apply agency requirements to protect deliberative process and adhere to Privacy Act requirements
- Ability to perform work independently with limited guidance and review by senior government staff
