Job Summary
Administrative & Financial Specialist responsible for supporting the financial analyst team with administrative, financial, and special project tasks, managing financial and administrative paperwork, performing data entry and reconciliations, assisting with monthly reporting, and helping develop processes to support strategic initiatives. Must maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and personnel information, communicate effectively with managers and staff, and contribute to driving efficiency and accuracy in dealership operations. In-office role based in Apopka, FL, with opportunities to grow in financial processes and advance within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel experience required)
- Actively pursuing or currently holding a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field strongly preferred
- Franchise retail automotive dealership experience a plus
- Working knowledge of CDK DMS Software and Microsoft Office applications a plus
- Prior office, administrative, or accounting experience preferred
