Conduct operational immersion and high-impact project work to translate academic training into real-world applications for West Chester Hospital. Collaborate directly with Jen Jackson, Chief Nursing Officer, and Yvette Kauffman, Director of Business Operations, to gain exposure to executive leadership decision-making and support strategic priorities. Participate in mandatory webinars on July 14th, August 4th, and September 2nd as part of the one-year, hands-on leadership development program focused on building future healthcare leaders.
