Job Summary
Develop work plans and business opportunities while collaborating with teams in operations, finance, strategy, managed care, ambulatory care, policy, planning, and marketing. Attend administrative, medical, board, and hospital meetings as an occasional participant or potential member. Foster relationships with executives across the system through monthly 1:1s, shadow preceptors, and weekly debriefs. Rotate through approximately 82 areas for four hours to three days, shadowing executive leaders for full days after each functional round. Execute short-term projects identified by supervisors to support departments and contribute organizational value. Dedicate the final six months to leading a larger long-term project or assuming an interim role within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or Public Health
- Completion within one year of hire or entry into job required for Master's degree
