Job Summary
Conduct in-depth statistical analysis of operational and financial functions across hospital, service line, and specialty institute operations. Evaluate program strengths and weaknesses, identify business opportunities, and develop recommendations for operational improvements. Draft special reports, interpret data analysis results, and prepare presentations for management and committee reviews. Rotate through various departments during Year 1 to gain administrative insight, then focus on specific project areas in Year 2 with a single supervisor. Complete all graduation requirements for the Master of Health Administration program within two years. Apply for permanent positions at TriHealth upon completion of the second year.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration
- Must have completed the didactic portion of the Master of Health Administration program
- Microsoft Office Suite-Excel, Access, Word
