Job Summary
Partner with the President and Chief Executive Officer to support strategic, operational, and organizational initiatives across the health system. Lead high-priority projects through research, analysis, planning, implementation, and evaluation while conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses for executive decision-making. Develop recommendations, presentations, and reports for senior leadership and governing boards. Participate in strategic planning, resource management, and policy development, attending executive meetings, board sessions, and medical staff forums. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to advance strategic priorities and support change initiatives. Apply project management principles to ensure initiatives meet objectives and handle sensitive information with discretion. Pursue professional development through conferences and educational programs.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public administration, or a related field from an accredited graduate program
