Job Summary
Administrative Experience Coordinator in North Broward responsible for performing general administrative and clerical support duties along with managing the front reception. You will be the face of the company, handle answering and routing calls, records/messages, visitor sign-in and lobby operations, coordinate calendars and data processing, maintain files, and support supply needs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite is expected; bilingual ability is preferred. Shift is Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with Bi-Weekly Pay and benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and paid time off. Requires at least one year of administrative experience and a professional, calm, and customer-service oriented demeanor.
