Job Summary
Greet and assist Members, visitors, vendors, and Team Members while maintaining lobby security and ensuring public restrooms are vacant. Coordinate vendor relationships for office supplies, shipping, and document destruction, and manage reservations for Community Rooms and company vehicles. Complete Janitorial and Office Supply inventory, process package deliveries, and support the planning, coordination, and execution of department and community events. Assist the Executive Assistant, serve as backup administrator for BoardEffect governance systems, and maintain confidentiality of board information. Support Human Resources with new Team Member welcome experiences and promote participation in culture and community programs. Work independently with limited supervision while maintaining a positive, fun attitude and demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of front-line customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work independently with limited supervision

- Experience coordinating schedules, reservations, supplies, meetings, events, or daily office operations
- Experience working with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and other office technology
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Associate degree or bachelor's degree in a related field
- Excellent organizational, follow through, and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
