Job Summary
Administrative/Executive Assistant to support the business owner and office staff. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, taking accurate minutes, drafting emails/memos/letters, contributing to reports, maintaining filing systems, and developing/updating office procedures. Requires strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Location: Castro Valley, CA; Part-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
- Familiarity with standard office equipment (printers, fax machines)
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization
