Administrative Director of Nursing Emergency Services

Manage the Nursing Emergency Services Department by identifying service problems, implementing solutions, and enforcing standards of care consistent with hospital mission and regulatory policies. Coach immediate subordinates, facilitate development plans, and document performance while actively participating in departmental and hospital-wide committees. Advance the patient experience agenda, build strong networks to deliver organizational goals, and oversee operational excellence through evidence-based engagement practices and PI program monitoring. Support recruitment processes and ensure compliance with exposure control plans and safety protocols.
