Administrative Director, Nursing, Care Management

Develop and execute a strategic plan for Care Management services, analyzing data to prioritize initiatives that improve care delivery modes. Lead operational development across Nurse Case Management, Utilization Management, Social Work, and Transitional Care Programs, ensuring safe discharges and post-acute placements while meeting regulatory and accreditation requirements. Manage the department's operating and capital budgets, monitor monthly variances, and partner with insurers to secure reimbursement for care transition services. Recruit, select, and retain an engaged workforce by establishing performance plans, developing succession candidates, and maintaining a climate of trust and professional growth. Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team and clinical directors to optimize length of stay, capacity management, and readmission rates through interdisciplinary quality improvement efforts.
