Job Summary
Lead overall leadership and accountability for operational planning, organizational development, budgeting, human resource management, managed care contracting, financial performance, business development, and public relations for the Centers of Medical Imaging and Bridgeport Medical Imaging. Plan, coordinate, and direct administrative functions in compliance with federal, state, local, and regulatory standards while collaborating with the Medical Director and Center Management Team. Represent the Centers in internal and external business matters and drive strategic plans for service delivery and expansion in cooperation with Providence Health System's RIS and PACS integrative strategies. Requires an Oregon Medical Imaging License, relevant national certification, and three years of experience at a Department Director or CEO level in an outpatient diagnostic imaging environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Oregon Medical Imaging License from Oregon State Board
- National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography
- National Certification from Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
- 3 years work experience at the Department Director, Practice Administrator or CEO level of an outpatient diagnostic imaging environment
- Business operations and management experience, preferably in a busy diagnostic imaging environment
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5 years' work experience as a Radiologic Technologist
- Experience working with a Governing Board and developing Board members, management of partner organizations, business community and representatives of local, state and national governmental bodies
- Experience working in a joint venture environment
