Job Summary
Lead operational planning, organizational development, budgeting, and human resource management for the Centers of Medical Imaging and Bridgeport Medical Imaging. Coordinate administrative functions in compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory bodies while collaborating with the Medical Director and management team. Drive strategic plans for service delivery and expansion, manage managed care contracting and relations, and represent the Centers in internal and external business matters. Support RIS and PACS system integrative strategies within the Providence Health System. Requires Oregon Medical Imaging License and three years of Department Director or Practice Administrator experience in outpatient diagnostic imaging.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Oregon Medical Imaging License from Oregon State Board
- National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography
- National Certification from Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
- 3 years work experience at the Department Director, Practice Administrator or CEO level of an outpatient diagnostic imaging environment
- Business operations and management experience, preferably in a busy diagnostic imaging environment
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5 years' work experience as a Radiologic Technologist
- Experience working with a Governing Board and developing Board members, management of partner organizations, business community and representatives of local, state and national governmental bodies
- Experience working in a joint venture environment
