Operate and integrate daily services across Neurology-Urology, Pulmonary-Renal, Surgical Trauma, Orthopedics, Oncology, and the Infusion Suite under the Associate Chief Nursing Officer. Translate strategic goals into operational execution to advance clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and patient flow while achieving quality, safety, and financial outcomes. Collaborate with physicians, nursing leaders, and support services to optimize care delivery models and enhance the patient experience. Lead performance improvement efforts and participate in organizational committees to foster a culture of professional nursing practice and continuous improvement aligned with Cottage Health's mission.
