Job Summary
As an Operations Support Agent, you will review physical and electronic documents across multiple work streams to identify key details for correct client account uploads. You will perform scanning, updating client information, and submitting customer service requests, with fast-paced data entry using company systems. This role requires exercising discretion, collaborating across departments to keep records accurate, and protecting sensitive information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe) and strong attention to detail are essential in a hybrid/remote, mostly US-based environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service or administrative experience in an office setting preferred
