Job Summary
As a Customer Service Agent for Capita Ireland, handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web forms to deliver a high-quality customer experience for a long-standing client. Responsibilities include data entry on applications, processing digital mail room tasks, and ensuring timely, accurate service delivery while meeting SLA/KPI targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, build trustworthy relationships with customers and colleagues, and contribute to a supportive, process-driven office environment. Requires strong written English, excellent PC/data-entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly learn new processes and technology. The role is full-time and hybrid, based in Clonakilty (County Cork) with 2-3 days in the office." ,
