Job Summary

Administrative Coordinator responsible for credentialing documentation and compliance, including audit of employment documents, uploading and managing New Hire and credentialing materials in Document Manager, and generating weekly/monthly reports. The role supports UKG HR module, credentialing approvals, and coordination of remote site materials, while handling accounts payable coding, audits of personnel files, and school-partner paperwork. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills, with responsibilities spanning document management, compliance reporting, education/training support, and cross-functional coordination across regions. On-site position with standard Monday–Friday hours.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Coordinator or administrative equivalent
  • General knowledge of state and federal compliance laws
  • General knowledge of required state licensure by position
  • Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation
  • Must demonstrate initiative and ability to anticipate and problem solve independently
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information and relate well with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to complete assignments in an accurate and timely manner
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization as well as customers and vendors
