Job Summary
Responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively, and working as a team. Promotes a positive customer experience, trains and mentors Associates, coordinates truck deliveries, maintains backroom organization, ensures proper tagging and replenishment, and upholds safety, signage, and labor-policy standards; collaborates with management to set priorities and achieve store goals.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Superior communication and organizational skills
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
