Administrative Coordinator, Talent Acquisition (Contract 4-months)

Job Summary
Coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews with candidates, internal stakeholders, and third-party search firms while supporting Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists with new hire onboarding activities. Collect necessary paperwork, manage orientation logistics, complete I-9 forms, and respond to new hire inquiries. Organize and file new hire documents in shared folders, update requisitions in Workday, and maintain accurate background check processes with Corporate Security. Track workflow activity, update recruitment reports, and conduct quarterly reviews to ensure all paperwork remains complete and accurate per state requirements. Assist with ad hoc projects and reporting as needed. This 4-month contract supports the US Capital Markets Human Resources team in delivering integrated HR solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Coordination experience in a similar Administrative, Human Resources, or Recruiting capacity (including internship or University experience)
- Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Prior experience scheduling in Outlook
- You can demonstrate experience with: Coordination experience in a similar Administrative, Human Resources, or Recruiting capacity (including internship or University experience)
- Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Prior experience scheduling in Outlook
