Job Summary
Cultivate positive customer relations by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly. Schedule and coordinate client assessments while managing a secure filing system in strict compliance with regulations. Monitor office supplies, assist in caregiver training and onboarding, and triage calls to handle emergencies. Collaborate with colleagues to support office management tasks and maintain a cohesive work environment. Perform other duties as assigned. This full-time day shift role (40 hours/week) is based in Woodbridge, NJ, supporting Senior Helpers' mission to enhance lives through compassionate non-medical home care services.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate pleasantly and effectively with callers and internal staff
- Team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptable in different situations
- Excellent client interaction skills
- Candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Preferred experience in the Home Care or Health Care industry
- Exceptional customer service skills with at least one year of relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
