Job Summary
Provide administrative coverage in the absence of Directors, managing operations and supervising licensed and unlicensed staff. Prioritize and complete work assignments, manage personnel problems, and handle human relations issues. Maintain effective oral and written communication in English while demonstrating leadership through collaborative practice and time management in a fast-paced environment. Requires a current California RN license and AHA BLS card. This role offers a pay range of $56.93 to $85.39 with a minimum of one year in nursing leadership and two years in acute care.
Required Qualifications
- Progressive experience in nursing with a minimum of one year's experience in a leadership capacity
- Supervisory experience in dealing with personnel problems and human relations
- A minimum of two years experience in an acute care setting
- Able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Manage/prioritize/complete work assignments and other duties, as assigned
- Demonstrated leadership skills through collaborative practice
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Current RN license to practice nursing in the state of California
- A current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card
