Job Summary
The Administrative Coordinator for Radiology will provide administrative support for the Neuroradiology, Vascular Interventional Radiology, and Breast Imaging sections. Responsibilities include coordinating CME conference logistics, facilitating new faculty onboarding, managing travel and reimbursement processes, and supporting residency and fellowship programs. The role involves screening calls, scheduling meetings, updating departmental budgets, and maintaining a professional office environment. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three to five years of administration of a program, preferably in higher education or healthcare setting
- Accurate typing and data entry skills

- Demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite and software used by the department
- Excellent organization skills
