Job Summary
Administrative Coordinator responsible for general office tasks including filing, preparing inventory receivers and bills of lading, setting up product receivers for incoming inventory, and assisting with month-end procedures. Role includes answering phones politely, ordering supplies, processing invoices correctly in the ARS system, entering customer checks daily, coding vendor invoices in Accounts Payable, and assisting with new employee orientation and paperwork. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to move 25–30 pounds are required.
