Job Summary

Administrative Coordinator at Paisley Park provides essential administrative and operational support to management, coordinating office operations, HR processes, vendor relations, events, and VIP guest experiences. Responsibilities include managing calendars and travel, email prioritization, meeting agendas/minutes, filing systems, project tracking, policy maintenance, and process improvements; handling invoices and vendor communications; coordinating onboarding/offboarding; planning and executing internal and external events, including staff engagement and talent outreach; and cross-department collaboration to ensure smooth program delivery. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and at least three years of relevant administrative/coordination experience; strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills; ability to handle confidential information; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and electronic document management systems; and flexibility to support events outside standard hours.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years of administrative, office management, executive support, or coordinator experience
  • Experience in a museum, nonprofit, hospitality, tourism, entertainment, event venue, or cultural organization is preferred
