Job Summary
Administrative Coordinator role responsible for general office tasks including filing, processing invoices, entering & coding vendor invoices into Accounts Payable, handling customer checks, preparing product receivers for inventory, assisting in new employee orientation, and performing month-end procedures. Requires strong Microsoft Office skills, ability to lift 25–30 pounds, and at least 1 year of related experience.
