Job Summary
Provide comprehensive administrative support and coordination to ensure smooth operation of various business functions. Manage calendars, coordinate travel, handle facilities/space moves, plan and monitor departmental programs, serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, organize files, streamline processes, and assist in meetings and conferences. Includes expense tracking and invoice processing, with potential work across multiple locations; role can be on-site, hybrid, or remote.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Associate's degree preferred
- Administrative Support Experience 3-5 years required
- Leadership Level Support Experience 2-3 years required
- Proficient in using office productivity software (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
