Job Summary
Manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings, and facilitate communications for the Healey & AMG Center for ALS and Neurological Clinical Research Institute. Prepare reports, draft correspondence, and oversee office logistics including supplies, equipment, and inventory. Coordinate special events, scientific symposiums, and donor engagements while managing budgets, travel reimbursements, and vendor negotiations. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, process hiring applications, and support fundraising activities. Maintain project timelines, manage donor appreciation letters, and assist in training new administrative staff.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Associate's Degree Business Administration
- Associate's Degree Related Field of Study
- Experience in an administrative role
- Experience supporting senior-level staff
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with hospital administration processes and healthcare regulations
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff
- Bachelor's degree in science, business, communications, or a related field
- Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Outcome-focused, self-starter experienced at working with fundraising, healthcare, or non-for-profit entity
- Event planning experience
Desired Qualifications
