Job Summary
Administrative Coordinator for Marketing Operations responsible for owning travel & expense management, PO/vendor administration, onboarding/offboarding logistics, and cross-functional events. Key duties include coordinating travel and processing expense reports via Concur, managing POs and vendor contracts, IT provisioning and system access (SAP, Workday, Google Workspace), and coordinating team logistics and onboarding. Requires 3+ years in corporate operations or administration, proficiency with Google Workspace, SAP, Concur, and Workday, strong process-orientation, and English fluency.
Required Qualifications
