Job Summary
Administrative Coordinator responsible for excellent customer and fulfillment service, resource and inventory oversight, and comprehensive office support at the ministry’s Casselberry headquarters. Duties include welcoming guests, handling communications, scheduling and board meeting coordination, event hospitality, travel logistics, packaging and shipping of resources, inventory management, vendor communication, website/backend updates for ecommerce platforms, and generating resource reports for field staff. Requires gospel-aligned customer service, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with WooCommerce or GiveCloud ecommerce platforms is highly preferred. On-site 20-30 hours per week at Casselberry, FL, with duties spanning administrative tasks for the President & CEO, Board of Directors, and ministry partners, vendors, and guests.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or inventory/fulfillment roles
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to quickly learn internal systems and databases
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as WooCommerce or GiveCloud highly preferred
- Experience with order fulfillment, shipping systems, or inventory platforms is a plus
