Job Summary
Administrative Coordinator supporting Area Team operations, including greeting guests, answering and directing calls, creating and distributing ministry materials, coordinating Salesforce donor/volunteer data and reports, and providing event administrative support. Duties cover donor communications, gift acknowledgements, calendar management, training and supervision of volunteers, and collaboration with Marketing to manage materials and campaigns. Responsibilities also include accounting-related tasks such as processing payments and deposits, maintaining database accuracy, and running reports. The role is hybrid: in-office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in Matthews, NC, with remote work on Wednesday and Friday. Requires Bachelor’s degree or related experience, Salesforce/database experience, strong organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license.
