Job Summary
Administrative Coordinator II for the Audiology program providing administrative coordination, reporting, day-to-day support, and daily operational tasks to the assigned program. Collaborates with leadership to improve service outcomes, oversees day-to-day functions including budget compliance/payroll, staffing, scheduling, front desk operations, revenue capture, and prior authorization for patients as needed. Serves as the first-level clerical support for the program, handles timesheets, office supplies, mail, and billing of contractees, and assists with program communications and dissemination of materials. Develops and improves workflow processes with the clinical and administrative team, coordinates staffing based on volume, analyzes data to inform decisions, and facilitates internal and external communications. Participates in meetings, policy updates, regulatory compliance (ACR/JCAHO/ACOS), and quality improvement activities. Requires strong computer skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing work assignments. Minimum qualifications include two years of administrative experience; preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, five years of healthcare administrative experience, and bilingual abilities. Salary range provided in pay band: $24.65-$30.82/hour (annualized to $51,272 – $64,106). Location: Tufts Medical Center - Corporate Location, Boston, MA (US). The role emphasizes coordinating administrative tasks, interfacing with providers and staff, and supporting patient care through efficient program operations.
