Job Summary
Administrative Coordinator/HR Representative position supporting hiring, onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, and administrative operations for JRI Health in Jamaica Plain. Responsibilities include handling background checks and onboarding for hiring managers, maintaining personnel files and audits, processing Payroll Action Forms, ensuring accurate benefits information, supporting HR systems (UltiPro, etc.), managing leave processes (FMLA, Paid Family Medical Leave, disability), liaising with corporate HR, leading open enrollment initiatives, maintaining building inspections, safeguarding confidentiality, managing databases for mailings and fundraising, coordinating events and meetings with vendors/volunteers, serving as Safety Officer, providing general admin support (data entry, front desk, special projects), and performing related duties. Requirements emphasize reliability, organization, ability to work independently within a team, and bilingual ability; schedule is on-site, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Compensation ranges from $22.50 to $33.00 per hour with fringe benefits; must be 21 years or older.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in health or human services preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to create record keeping and tracking systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Active driver's license and ability to travel occasionally
- Background and driving record checks will be performed
