Job Summary
Coordinate administrative and compliance activities for HR, legal, and health and safety functions, ensuring adherence to Italian regulations and local legislation. Manage employee benefits programs, employment documentation, and accreditation processes while overseeing the company vehicle fleet, including leasing contracts, maintenance schedules, and cost optimization. Act as the primary point of contact between local operations, external advisors, and global departments to facilitate communication and process completion. Monitor legislative changes, sustainability developments, and ESG best practices to support continuous improvement initiatives. Regular office attendance is required in accordance with business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Italian tax, accounting, and employment legislation
- Previous experience in HR administration and/or compliance roles within multinational environments
- Fluent Italian with an excellent command of spoken and written English
