Job Summary
Coordinate formal correspondence, calendars, and minutes for the Audit Committee, Budget & Finance Committee, and the Florida Trust. Facilitate Webex meetings, maintain committee webpages, and create knowledge articles for help desk reference materials. Assist leadership with annual IT budget preparation, monthly project reports, and special financial operations projects. Prepare official correspondence to elected officials and regulatory agencies while managing software for tracking projects and customer interactions. Perform clerical duties including filing, faxing, and responding to emails. Travel approximately 10% within Florida. Requires high school diploma plus four years of administrative experience.

- Experience with meeting/event coordination
