Job Summary
Coordinate and support alumni and donor engagement activities for the Associate Dean and Director of Development, including preparing meeting briefings, visit materials, and stewardship documents. Maintain donor and alumni databases, conduct prospect research, and assist with reporting and pipeline development. Draft correspondence, prepare stewardship reports, and manage complex calendars and travel arrangements for senior leaders. Monitor department budgets, process invoices and reimbursements, and support volunteer leadership groups. Assist with planning and executing events, campus visits, and special outreach efforts while maintaining efficient administrative workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 2 to 4 years relevant experience or equivalent combination
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally
- Organized
- Detail oriented
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to work with highly sensitive, personal information and maintain strict confidentiality
- Ability to work with a variety of desktop applications, databases, networked informational systems and the internet
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate events and meetings
- Ability to work with and understand budgets/operating accounts and prepare supporting documentation for business activities
- Ability to cultivate and develop inclusive working relationships with students, faculty, staff, and community members
