Job Summary
Administrative Coordinator position in a pediatric home care setting located in San Antonio, TX. Responsible for front-office operations and clerical support for clinical programs, maintaining administrative, medical, billing, payroll, and personnel records, coordinating messages, mail, forms, policies, and reports, managing supplies and equipment, assembling clinical information and medical records, organizing patient and employee files, completing billing processes with Billing and Collections, assisting with payroll processing, supporting new-hire processes, and overseeing office administration in collaboration with the Administrator/Director of Nursing. Requires high school diploma and CNA license; healthcare administrative experience and familiarity with billing, ICD-10/CPT coding, and third-party payors preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma required
- CNA License required
- Experience: Administrative experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Experience with financial reporting/billing and ICD-10/CPT coding preferred
- Familiarity with third-party payors and pre-certification processes preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in office software and attention to detail
