Job Summary
Administrative Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and programmatic support to the staff and faculty directors of the Data Science Institute and its subsidiary centers, as well as critical operational and academic support for graduate and undergraduate students in DSI. Responsibilities include advanced financial coordination, assisting with specialized student program administration, general office management, and event support; serves as a primary point of contact and problem-solver for students, faculty, staff and visitors; requires excellent organizational skills, independence, and proactive collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree with minimum 2-3 years of administrative experience or equivalent
- experience in an academic setting preferred
- strong communication and organizational skills
- proficiency with Microsoft and Google platforms
- ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- attention to detail and customer service orientation
