Job Summary

Administrative Coordinator provides high-quality, complex administrative support to executive leaders, directors, and cross-functional teams; manages calendars across multiple time zones, coordinates candidate interviews and onboarding, plans internal and external meetings and events, handles domestic and international travel arrangements and expense reporting, processes purchase orders and invoices, maintains files and databases, supports internal communications, and assists with vendor onboarding and project initiatives. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, and ability to handle confidential information are required. Location: Thousand Oaks, CA (onsite). A competitive compensation package with benefits is offered, with a posted salary range of ~69.6k–94.2k annually. Sponsorship is not guaranteed.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree and 2 years of administrative experience
  • 2 years in a technical school setting with hands-on experience
  • High school diploma / GED and 4 years of administrative experience
