Job Summary

Coordinate office layout, manage stationery inventory, and initiate procurement requests while monitoring conditions for timely maintenance repairs. Support onboarding logistics for new hires, liaise with IT for equipment troubleshooting, and track vendor invoices for accurate payment processing. Collaborate with headquarters on policy reviews, negotiate vendor contracts, and serve as the primary contact for visitors and staff inquiries regarding office management. Oversee daily operations by providing status reports, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting in event planning. Maintain digital and physical filing systems and respond to inquiries on stationery, hardware, and travel. Requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a Bachelor's degree in business administration.

  • Solid understanding of office administration responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and Outlook.
  • Hands-on experience with calendar management, meeting coordination, and scheduling.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • 3 years of administrative or office support experience, preferably in a professional, corporate, or fast-paced environment.
