Job Summary
Seeking a temp-to-perm Administrative Coordinator for a non-profit organization to facilitate communication, organize board materials, and support housing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Appropriate work history that demonstrates the ability to perform required tasks
- Strong cultural competency and ability to engage effectively with diverse communities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of affordable housing development
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local housing policies and programs, including HUD and NYCHA
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or comparable platforms
