Job Summary

Seeking a temp-to-perm Administrative Coordinator for a non-profit organization to facilitate communication, organize board materials, and support housing initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Appropriate work history that demonstrates the ability to perform required tasks
  • Strong cultural competency and ability to engage effectively with diverse communities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Microsoft Office experience required

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of affordable housing development
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local housing policies and programs, including HUD and NYCHA
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or comparable platforms
