Job Summary
Maintain and organize electronic and paper records, including client books, census information, and Medicaid/LOC renewal tracking. Upload and manage documents in SharePoint, Therap, and other systems while reviewing documentation and receipts for completeness. Track deadlines, missing documents, and follow-up items to ensure compliance systems remain accurate and audit-ready. Communicate with staff, guardians, providers, and vendors to support management, QA, HR, and Accounting with documentation needs. This role requires independent prioritization, strong time management, and the ability to catch details others miss to prevent small issues from becoming larger problems.
Required Qualifications

- Reliable transportation
- Ability to meet required background checks and job-related training requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree
- 2+ years of relevant administrative experience
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with SharePoint, Therap, Excel, Word, Outlook, or similar systems
- Strong organization, time-management, and communication skills
- Experience with developmental-disability services, Medicaid, DD Waiver, Mi Via, or ICF-IID
