Job Summary
Administrative Clerk II role supporting a clinical team by handling administrative referrals, serving as a first-level SME on intake and production tasks, coordinating between hospital, health plans, physicians, patients, and vendors, reviewing referrals for completeness, assigning referrals to staff, collecting demographic data from physician offices, and entering and documenting referrals and related actions in the system. The position requires multi-tasking across calls, texts, faxes, and electronic queues with strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, empathy, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, healthcare environment. Hybrid work arrangement with virtual duties and periodic in-person training; associates must be within reasonable commuting distance from posting locations and may be required to work onsite at least occasionally. Required Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED
- minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume, interactive customer service or call center in a healthcare environment
