Job Summary
We are seeking a focused and industrious Administrative Clerk to perform various clerical duties to keep the office running smoothly. Responsibilities include managing communication with customers and employees, operating office machinery, maintaining filing systems, handling correspondence, compiling records, and preparing documents. The ideal candidate should be proficient in computer software, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate excellent organizational and time management capabilities. A high school diploma or equivalent is required with prior secretarial experience preferred.
