Job Summary
Administrative Business Partner to support assigned executives with calendar management, meeting coordination (facilities, minutes), travel arrangements, and project/department support. Responsible for administrative liaison duties regarding purchasing, personnel, facilities, and operations, generating reports and graphs as needed, ordering supplies, coordinating customer visits, and ensuring adherence to safety and security policies. Requires advanced PC skills, ability to prepare simple correspondence, and effective problem-solving in standardized environments.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to effectively present information to groups of managers and clients
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Advanced PC skills, including Windows-based software and MS Office
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Read and understand visual aids
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations (rate, ratio, percent)
- Ability to coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Experience with generating reports and graphs
- Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders regarding administrative issues
- Ability to follow safety, health, and security procedures
