Job Summary
Process and manage paperwork related to traffic flow in and out of the rail park, communicate regularly with customers and railroad representatives, and handle various administrative tasks supporting operational site needs. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results and duties as assigned. Maintain high confidentiality and professionalism while adhering to all required procedures and wearing necessary PPE. This full-time day shift role includes some weekend coverage for a leader in product handling and site logistics for refineries, chemical producers, and marine transportation providers.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines on a consistent basis
- Maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Valid Driver's License and / or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location
- 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
- Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
- Wear all required PPE without restriction and pass any required medical exams
- Speak, write, read fluent English
- Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus
