Administrative Asst. to Superintendent & School Committee

Job Summary
Provide high-level administrative support to the Superintendent and School Committee, including confidential correspondence, calendar management, meeting coordination (agenda setting, minutes, and packets), Open Meetings Law compliance, and coordination with Central Office. Manage policy manuals, respond to inquiries from staff, parents, and the community, arrange conferences/interviews, organize and maintain data and annual school calendar, and support district communications. Requires ability to handle confidential information, proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree (preferred)
- Must have at least eight (8) years of administrative experience
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
- Must be proficient with computers
- Must be certified in Open Meetings Law, annually
- Knowledge of Open Meetings Law
