Job Summary
Administrative Assistant - Sales supports the Sales Team by providing tools, supplies and resources; handles inquiries; sets up calls with the Sales & Catering Sales Manager; sends packages; creates monthly lead recaps; assists in creating contracts, estimates, and site tours; creates Sales & Catering kits and restocks supplies; manages office supplies; updates the Sales System with actuals after events; and sends Thank You cards/emails. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong computer skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Previous hotel or resort experience is preferred. Compensation is $25.00-$28.00 per hour. The role is based at The Midland Hotel, Chicago, IL, within Pyramid Global Hospitality, and emphasizes client interaction, guest experience, and supporting the sales team to deliver outstanding service.
