Job Summary
Provide comprehensive administrative support including office housekeeping, supplies management, and equipment maintenance. Assist in office inspections, scheduling meetings, monthly report preparation, and handling staff-related procedures like business card requests. Manage invoicing and vendor payments through an e-procurement system, follow up on internal document re-mailing, and maintain client document filing per company standards. Involve in digital marketing data maintenance and perform ad-hoc tasks from management.
