Job Summary
Administrative Associate handles welcoming clients in a professional manner, answers internal phone calls, processes client billing, balances the cash register at day end, manages appointments (confirmations, rescheduling, cancellations), collaborates with the Coordinator for smooth daily operations, responds to client inquiries to minimize wait times, opens/closes the clinic reception area, manages incoming patient emails, participates in month-end reconciliation activities, maintains appearance and inventory of the service area, and provides administrative support and coverage as needed. The role requires bilingual (French and English) communication, proficiency with MS Office, attention to detail, discretion, confidentiality, punctuality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma completed
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
