Job Summary
Provides administrative support to the Facilities Department in a nonprofit setting. Duties include processing new work orders, coordinating with the Foreman, tracking open/completed work orders, maintaining mileage for agency vehicles, assisting with grants pertaining to vehicles, working with vendors, scheduling vendor appointments, conducting internal audits, filing, ordering supplies, and ensuring purchase requisitions are submitted to finance. Requires proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, strong attention to detail and deadlines, and maintaining confidentiality. Monday through Friday, 8am–4pm; benefits for 30+ hours; physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 20 lbs. In Flight Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
